Principal - John A. Herbert
Mr John A. Herbert is founder and principal of Kelcroft E&M Limited - a
multi-discipline Project Management, Energy, Building Services (M&E) consultancy
headquartered in Hong Kong SAR.
He has more than twenty four years international construction industry
consulting experience, the last twelve years as an independent consultant.
Educated in the United Kingdom, and a Hong Kong permanent resident he has a
passion for engineering, and problem solving. His dedication, professionalism,
and thoroughness is evidenced with an unrivalled litigation free track record.
He manages construction projects both large and small, with experience in healthcare,
data centres, residential, institutional, industrial, fitting out, and commercial
sectors executed across three continents.
A pioneer, he develops creative and innovative solutions for complex
engineering problems helping organisations achieve their objectives
and goals.

In May 2006 John was an expert energy panel at the Building Services Professional Energy efficiency seminar held in the Marriot Hotel in Hong Kong. In August 2007 John was an expert panel at the Managing Data Centres conference held in Hong Kong.
